The LEGO Group has added three new members to its LEGO Certified Professionals program.
Graeme (Dymond Bricks) from Canada has joined the LCP Entry program, while Wei Wei (Playable Design) from China and Balazs (DÓCZY BALÁZS EV) from Hungary have moved from the Entry program into the LCP Program, according to a statement released on the LEGO Ambassador Network.
LEGO Certified Professionals (LCPs) are a small group of professional brick builders, licensed by the LEGO Group to take on projects under the brand name. The most recent addition to the Entry Program was Kevin Hall in April 2019. At the same time, the Chinese LCP known as Prince graduated from the Entry stage to become a fully-fledged member of the program.
There are now 20 LCPs in the program in total, four of who are in the Entry stage – Casper from Denmark, Jay from South Korea, Kevin from the UK and Graeme from Canada.
“The LCP program evolves and while building models is at the core of the program, we are happy that LCPs are broadening their capabilities by working more and more with other activities, including hands-on engagement with kids, online content and supporting the production of LEGO Masters, to mention a few,” said LEGO Community Team member Helene Teichert. “We encourage this development and are happy to see that new business opportunities are embraced by LCPs.”
