The Little Venice gets 10,000 LEGO Ideas supporters

A location specific LEGO Ideas product idea, The Little Venice, has hit the 10,000 vote mark and will now be reviewed by the LEGO panel.

Another product idea has passed the threshold for LEGO Ideas review, with 10,000 fans voting for The Little Venice. The model will now be assessed by experts within the LEGO Group to determine whether or not it will be released as an official product.

Bricky_Brick is the builder who has put together this tribute to one of Italy’s most famous cities, explaining in the description: “With this model I want to pay tribute to those great guilds of gondoliers, glassblowers, singers, musicians and cooks from a city with great history, architecture, culture and gastronomy.”

Fans will recognise his work, as the talented fan designed the model that became 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay and also reached 10,000 votes with The Train Station: Studgate.

The Little Venice is the 14th project to reach the third 2020 review. It joins Jumanji 1995, Spirited Away, Avatar: The Illuminated World of Pandora,Motorized Lighthouse,Classic Castle,Avatar: The Last Airbender,Red Dwarf Starbug,Bag End,Gravity Falls: The Mystery Shack,Boeing 737 Passenger Plane,Brick Town Police Station, andColosseum (Architecture Style)in contention for a futureLEGOIdeasslot.

In otherIdeasnews,The Earth GlobeandLegendary Stratocasterrecently passed the review process and will be released asLEGOIdeassets next year. 92176 NASA Apollo Saturn V and 92177 Ship in a Bottle have also just emerged from retirement, and are once again available at LEGO.com.
