Cinemas reopen in the UK tomorrow, showing the best of past releases including The LEGO Movie.
After closing down for months as part of measures to help reduce the spread of coronavirus, cinemas in the UK are reopening tomorrow. With the summer release schedule completely awry, multiplexes will be showing classic films.
While many of the films showing are from decades past – such as Star Wars: The Empire Strikes back, Back to the Future and The Dark Knight – some are more recent, such as The LEGO Movie.
Movies showing varies by cinema, so only select theatres will be screening The LEGO Movie. To find out where it is showing, visit LondonNet (it actually covers the whole of the UK). An even smaller number of cinemas are showing The LEGO Batman Movie and The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part.
Released in 2014, The LEGO Movie proved a critical and box office hit. Chris Pratt voices Emmet Brickowski and Elizabeth Banks voices Wyldstyle, as they go on a journey to save the LEGO world from Lord Business, who is determined to glue everything together.
