Two new TV spots for The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part have been shared online, with one focusing on the Justice League.
One of the delights of Warner Bros. having the rights to both the DC Comics characters and the LEGO cinematic brick bucket is that the Justice League get to show up in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. While they have been hinted at in footage and images already released, this latest television spot shows a little more of the crew – especially Batman.
Batman’s sign and celebratory tower appear in 70836 Battle-ready Batman and MetalBeard. A recent tweet led to Brick Fanatics wondering which Aquaman would appear in The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, with these new clips confirming that it is the movie inspired version.
Will Arnett returns to voice the Dark Knight, with Jonah Hill voicing Green Lantern and Channing Tatum providing the voice of Superman.
After the Justice League television spot plays, another follows that features footage seen in the previously released trailers for the film.
The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will be released on February 8, 2019.
