Zavvi has knocked down the price of LEGO Star Wars 75309 Republic Gunship by £40, offering the best deal yet on the fan-voted Ultimate Collector Series set.
Chosen by the fan community in a LEGO Ideas poll in 2020, the first prequel trilogy UCS set in a decade landed on shelves last year, with an initial price tag of £319.99 in the UK. That RRP has since been reduced to just £309.99 amid a wave of price adjustments in Europe for 2022 – but Zavvi has now discounted it even further, finally bringing it below £300.
In fact, you can currently pick up the 3,292-piece set for just £269.99 at Zavvi, which is the exclusive third-party retailer of 75309 Republic Gunship in the UK. That means this is the only place you’re likely to see a significant discount on the LEGO Star Wars set, and a £40 saving certainly fulfils that criteria.
Even at full price (and its full original price, at that) 75309 Republic Gunship feels like good value, mainly thanks to its sheer, overwhelming size.
