Penguins: A LEGO Brick Trail is coming to Plymouth for Christmas

To celebrate the Christmas season, LEGO penguins will be coming to the town centre in Plymouth, UK.

As Christmas approaches, cities and towns across the UK are announcing their festive decorations. Plymouth has opted for something blocky, with Penguins: A LEGO brick trail arriving on December 3. Each of the 19 Rockhopper penguins and one Emperor penguins are built to real life scale.

The aim for shoppers will be to get a trail card, and then seek out each one of the penguins, Plymouth Live reports. All of those who successfully complete the card will be entered into a prize draw, with a family break for four at the LEGOLAND Windor Resort and a Penguin Feeding Experience at Living Coasts for four both up for grabs.

Each Saturday from December 1 up until Christmas, families will be able to build a mini LEGO penguin or mini LEGO Santa Claus at Plymouth Market. To round out the Christmas LEGO activities, the Santa Express brick train will be situated at the Old Town Street Entrance of Drake Circus from December 3.

The Christmas Light Switch on in Plymouth will take place on November 15. The Penguins: A LEGO Brick Trail and Santa Express will arrive on December 3.

75213 Star Wars Advent Calendar, 60201 City Advent Calendar and 41353 Friends Advent Calendar have already been released and are available to buy now. The main Christmas product this year is LEGO Creator Expert 10263 Winter Village Fire Station.
