New Guinness World Record set for fastest LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon Microfighter build

Another LEGO Guinness World Record has been set, this time for the fastest time to build the LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon Microfighter.

Guinness World Records have once again proven that LEGO fans love to break them as a 12–year–old boy was bored over lockdown and has built 75030 Millenium Falcon in under two minutes.

The new record was announced on the Guinness World Record website. Haddon Haste from Kentucky is the holder of this new record who put together the 94–piece set in one minute and 59.72 seconds. When the USA went into lockdown, Haddon found himself bored so decided to set his sights on a specific record, eventually combining his loves of LEGO and Star Wars.

Once he had set his sights on the record, Haddon practised day after day to get his final time shorter and shorter. Haddon isn’t the only record holder for a LEGO Millenium Falcon set however as a team of builders in Germany currently hold the record for the fastest time to build the LEGO Star Wars 75192 Millennium Falcon at two hours, 57 minutes and 47 seconds. However, with Haddon being such a young builder, that makes his record all the more impressive.

Those looking to match or even beat Haddon’s record can grab 75295 Millennium Falcon Microfighter as the newest version of the original 2014 model. For now, Haddon joins the growing list of LEGO Guinness World Record–breakers, alongside a Chinese Lord of the Rings display.
