Matthew Perry builds LEGO 21319 Central Perk and gives Chandler a twist
Friends actor Matthew Perry has builtLEGO Ideas Friends 21319 Central Perk and had some fun with his Chandler minifigure.
Matthew Perry played Chandler Bing for the 10 year run of the beloved sitcom Friends. First, he declared that Chandler is the most attractive minifigure in the upcoming LEGO Ideas Friends 21319 Central Perkset. Now, he has built the set and shared the results:
I built the Friends LEGO set. I made myself Batman. But that’s neither here nor there. I’m Batman.
Clearly the actor is getting into the LEGO spirit and being creative by mashing up the Chandler minifigure with a Batman one.
The set will be exclusive toLEGO.comwhen it launches on September 1, in just five days. It includesseven LEGO minifiguresrepresenting the show’s characters – Ross Geller, Rachel Green, Chandler Bing, Monica Geller, Joey Tribbiani, Phoebe Buffay and Gunther. It builds the seating area that regularly saw the cast delivering one-liners while drinking coffee, including the couch, chairs and armchair.
LEGO Ideas Friends 21319 Central Perkwill include 1,070 piece models and be priced at £64.99 in the UK and $59.99 in the USA.
