Fans should get their questions at the ready, as LEGO Vice President of Design Matthew Ashton and Model Designer Chris McVeigh are going to be responding live on Instagram today.
With two decades of LEGO design experience, Matthew Ashton has been involved with some of the company’s biggest projects. He developed and launched Collectible Minifigures 10 years ago, worked as an Executive Producer on The LEGO Movie and its sequels as well as being the first ever LEGO MASTERS judge.
Chris McVeigh is new to the LEGO Group, but by no means new to LEGO building. As a fan, he designed a fun style of buildable portraits that will launch soon as Brick Sketches, a new official LEGO theme.
The duo will be live on the official LEGO Instagram account from 4.00pm ready to answer fan questions about their work. They are not likely to respond to questions about new products – they tend to remain tight lipped about such things.
