The LEGO Group wants to know how you identify bricks, sets and more

The LEGO Group has opened a new survey asking how you identify bricks, sets and more and whether it is frequent enough from friends or family.

Those who have been asked by a friend or family member to help identify a particular piece or find out what a missing element from a brand new LEGO set is ready for ordering a new brick are being asked to take part in a short survey from the LEGO Group.

The description of the survey, which you can see for yourself by clicking here, notes that this is only to understand the process from a consumer process, for now. This might suggest that the LEGO Group is preparing to explore this space further, though that is not the purpose of this survey.

The questions won’t take too long to answer, with only two pages to the document and personal information needed other than age. Required data for the survey includes who you buy your models from and how often and whether or not you are an active member of the online community.

There are no VIP points or any kind of prize being offered for completing the survey but doing so will help the LEGO Group to understand more about how you identify bricks and sets. Once you’ve finished it, another survey is also open regarding the compatibility of MINDSTORMS and LEGO Education’s SPIKE Prime.
