Upcoming LEGO Store Easter egg hunt event announced

A special LEGO Easter egg hunt event has been announced for early April and is set to take place in official stores around the world.

As we get closer to Easter 2022, the LEGO Group continues to celebrate the annual event with plenty of in-store fun and freebies. For instance, if you head to your local LEGO Store between April 2 and April 16 you’ll be able to participate in a special Easter egg hunt.

Visitors to LEGO Stores during this period will need to find the Easter Bunny’s hidden eggs. Those who manage to successfully locate them all will get to take home a free LEGO treat, while stocks last. Details on exactly what rewards will be available haven’t yet been revealed, but an image on LEGO.com hints that it could potentially be more than one item.

It’s possible that one of eight different polybag promotions may be up for grabs including a Creator 3-in-1 Squirrel, DOTS bracelet, LEGO Friends mini-doll, LEGO DUPLO Bath Time flamingo, LEGO CITY Stuntz bike and minifigure, Sunflower mini build, BrickHeadz Pets puppy and Easter Chick minifigure. Calls to a number of our local stores revealed that they would know more when the items arrived this week.

In addition to the upcoming egg hunt, there are plenty of other LEGO Easter promotions currently running, with today being the last day to pick up a free LEGO mini rose Mother’s Day build model in-store. In addition, 40527 Easter Chicks is available with purchases over £65 / $65 / €65 and 30583 Easter Bunny for spends of £40 / $40 / 240 or more. The Easter Chicks and Easter Bunny GWPs are both available now until April 16, 2022. Check out our 40527 Easter Chicks review here and 30583 Easter Bunny review here.

I can confirm that the items described as possible prizes are actually just the images (“eggs”) you find. The prize is a sticker sheet and perhaps a bunny ears headband. Sorry to disappoint, but hate to see misinformation.
