There are many varieties of Imperial Stormtrooper in the galaxy, with 40176 Scarif Stormtrooper offering something different to his white armoured brethren
As part of the Force Friday II promotional event that launches the LEGO Star Wars: The Last Jedi product range, a sneaky Stormtrooper who does not realise that Rogue One is over has found his way into the LEGO Store’s plan. Customers spending £25 on LEGO Star Wars in store get the 40176 Scarif Stormtrooper polybag for free.
Brick Fanatics has gotten hands-on with the new LEGO Star Wars army builder, so that fans can check it out from all angles and assess just how many of these Scarif Stormtrooper minifigures to add to their Imperial armies.
As well as the Scarif Stormtrooper minifigure, the polybag contains bricks to build a simple stand, a nameand a backing card. The minifigure is exclusive to this polybag.
This new release is different to other versions of the Scarif Stormtrooper, included in 75171 Battle on Scarif and 75154 TIE Stiker, as both arms are grey and the minifigure has unique torso markings. This is the second minifigure released along with the stand and backing card, following 40268 R3-M2.
The promotion offering the free minifigure ends on September 3.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is due for release on December 14 in the UK and December 15 in the USA.
