Updated LEGO Pick a Brick service now live in USA and Canada

Following a roll-out in four European countries last month, the LEGO Group’s new Pick a Brick service is now live in the USA and Canada.

Customers looking to buy individual LEGO elements have a new destination for their shopping needs, the LEGO Group’s updated Pick a Brick service. The parts storefront launched on LEGO.com in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands in February, offering a single unified version of the previous Bricks & Pieces and Pick a Brick services.

Today the LEGO Group also launched the service in North America, Canada and additional European countries. The one-stop shop for individual and replacement LEGO parts allows customers to search for items by keyword, design or element number, set inventory, type and colour.

Elements are split into ‘Bestseller’, which ship from different warehouses depending on region, and ‘Standard’, which will be dispatched from Denmark. There’s a minimum spend of £10/$14/12€ to avoid service fees, with orders that fail to reach that amount incurring an additional fee of £5/$3.50/€6 on Standard pieces and £2/$7/€3 on Bestseller pieces.

The idea behind the new service is to streamline the shopping process into a more straightforward experience for customers looking for individual LEGO elements. A previously-announced Pick and Build hub which will ‘test and launch new experiences that enable creativity and fun’ and an online Build a Minifigure service have yet to go live at this point.

Those wanting to take advantage of the Pick a Brick service can head over to LEGO.com now and start searching for those elusive pieces to add to their collections.
