LEGO NINJAGO golden minifigures get an anniversary makeover

If you were lucky enough to get your hands on all, or even some, of the LEGO NINJAGO golden minifigures, there’s still plenty you can do to make them your own.

LEGO YouTuber Bricks By Mind has the full set of seven unique minifigures and has shared some ways that you can improve and customise them, without 3D printing new moulds or anything too costly like that. Instead, he offers some element swaps and personalisation tricks that can make your collection unlike anyone else’s.

For example, swapping out some hair and helmet pieces for ones from other LEGO NINJAGO sets can give your favourite characters a bit of their personality back. While the uniform gold is a good look for these special collectibles, mixing and matching from past minifigures can add something special to your display.

These minifigures are only officially available by buying theNINJAGOLEGACY sets:71735 Tournament of Elements,71736 Boulder Blaster,71737 X-1 Ninja Charger, 71738 Zane’s Titan Mech Battle, 71741CityGardens,71739 Ultra Sonic Raider, and71753 Fire Dragon Attack. They were released in honour of the 10-year anniversary of the LEGO NINJAGO theme.
