The fan designer behind the newly-released LEGO Ideas 21332 The Globe is signing copies of the set at a LEGO Store in Paris this weekend.
Guillaume Roussel – the France-based Ideas user who first submitted the concept of a LEGO globe to the crowdsourcing platform in February 2020 – will be at the LEGO Store Paris Forum des Halles from 10am to 12pm local time on Saturday, February 5. You’ll be able to meet him and have him sign up to two copies of 21332 The Globe.
The 2,585-piece set launched earlier this week, and (for the time being) is still in stock at LEGO.com across the UK, US and Europe. If you’ve already purchased your copy, you can take it down to the store with you on Saturday, or else you should be able to pick one up on the day.
Of course, all this means that those of us not currently located in the French capital (or at least within reasonable travelling distance) will likely have to miss out this time. But the fact that these signing events are returning at all is a positive, and hopefully means we’ll see future opportunities around the world for the upcoming Ideas slate.
If you’re happy with a non-signed copy of 21332 The Globe, you can pick up the milestone 40th Ideas set from LEGO.com right now. In the meantime, check out our detailed review, or click here to find out everything you need to know about the spherical build.
