A new LEGO Ideas Activity is asking fans to balance their bricks in any way they choose.
This latest LEGO Ideas Activity is inviting fans to balance their bricks, models or minifigures, taking inspiration from a social media challenge. Here’s the official explanation of what the activity is looking for. Builders should share their builds on the Activity webpage that provides the task.
“Can you balance your LEGO Minifigures? Or your LEGO bricks? Maybe a whole set?”
The LEGO Ideas Activity uses an Instagram challenge of the same name as an example and inspiration for entries. The rules for the Activity state that fans are welcome to base builds on, or use elements from, IP (intellectual properties) sets. However, this may limit the work from potentially being shared on LEGO social media channels.
This is part of a series on LEGO Ideas that provides a quick and easy entry point for builders. Each challenge is intended to be something quick and fun, unlike the more in-depth building required for a competition or product idea.
The deadline for this entry is November 24 at 10.00am CEST.
Two LEGO Ideas sets have just been brought back from retirement purgatory. 92176 NASA Apollo Saturn V is now available globally at LEGO.com, while 92177 Ship in a Bottle is on sale for US fans.
