Fans who can’t visit the LEGO House at the moment due to restrictions on international travel can still get a taste of the venue in a series of live tours that are set to be streamed over the coming months.
Starting on June 11, LEGO House will stream live tours from the basement, with a LEGO historian tour guide taking fans around the History Collection and sharing interesting facts about the LEGO Group and its products. With restrictions to prevent the spread of coronavirus limiting international travel, it is an opportunity for fans around the world to peek inside the collection.
LEGO House Live Tours will offer five opportunities to virtually visit between now and September:
The LEGO Group started back in 1932 and its history is full of stories and play. To provide an in-depth live tour we offer 5 individual tours based on 5 important chapters of the LEGO Group’s history. The tour will be hosted by a LEGO historian, who is an expert in LEGO history, and you will be able to ask questions during the session via Live Chat. The tour guide will answer your questions live.
The Home of the Brick will reopen on June 22. A new exclusive product for the venue was revealed today – 40501 The Wooden Duck.
For a limited time, the current LEGO House exclusives are available at LEGO.com. 21037 LEGO House, 4000026 Tree of Creativity and 40366 LEGO House Dinosaurs are available in the UK, Ireland and Denmark.
