Official images of the upcoming LEGO City subtheme, Mountain Police, have been shared online, giving fans a good look at the new sets.
Launching in January, Mountain Police will be the first LEGO City launch in 2018. A first batch of images appeared in October. Now, Brothers Brick has more published images of the new sets online, giving fans a look at what to expect from this latest twist on the Police concept. The sets look to cover a variety of price points, including the usual cars, helicopters and locations that the subtheme is famous for.
Here are the set names and images:
The images show a variety of interesting new moulded pieces, including the bees’ nest and tree trunk disguise. Fans of LEGO animals will also be pleased to see greater variety than usual in this subtheme. The Mountain Police sets have clearly been influenced by the Forest Police subtheme that was part of LEGO City in 2012.
The new LEGO City range will launch in January 2018, the current sets are available from shop.LEGO.com now.
