Fans around the world can now order LEGO 80103 Dragon Boat Race at shop.LEGO.com, a set that has had quite the journey to this eventual release. In November 2018, the LEGO Group announced China exclusive sets to help the company gain market share in the region. Then, after an uproar from fans, it was confirmed that regional exclusives will be available worldwide at a later date going forward.
LEGO 80103 Dragon Boat Race is the first example since of a regional exclusive being made widely available, via shop.LEGO.com. Here is the official product description:
