As LEGO Star Wars VIP card holders await the arrival of 5005747 VIP Star Wars Gift, they can now check out the set’s packaging.
Just a few days ago, shop.LEGO.com sent out an e-mail to everyone who has a LEGO Star Wars VIP card from when 75192 Millennium Falcon launched last year. The e-mail contains a unique code that means an exclusive set, 5005747 VIP Star Wars Gift, can be added to any order that includes a Star Wars item.
Now, PromoBricks shares an image from the LEGO Star Wars Collectors group on Facebook, revealing the packaged set for the first time. The set comes in a clear bag, that according to the website, is resealable. This suggests that rather being a factory mass produced set, these have been packed by hand in a LEGO office somewhere. Usually, when this is the case, it means that the set will only be available in very small quantities – which begs the question, how few LEGO Star Wars VIP cards were made?
Those who do want to get hold of the exclusive set should check their inbox for the unique promotional code, then place an order using it. For those who do not have the LEGO Star Wars VIP card, it will be a case of checking marketplace websites.
