Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom introduced some pretty unique concepts to the franchise, including human cloning, selling genetically spliced dinosaurs and allowing prehistoric creatures to run loose in the modern world. But even that film did not introduce a tyrannosaurus rex mech, like the one found in 75938 T. rex vs Dino-Mech Battle. The mech is a collaboration between television writers and LEGO designers that came about the new animated series, LEGO Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar, was in development.
