LEGO Ideas wants your minifigures to get active for its latest build activity, tying into the platform’s ongoing sports contest.
As is typical for LEGO Ideas, it’s a very wide brief, meaning the only real limit is your imagination. You could go back to basics and build a LEGO gym, for example, or push the boat out with an off-world obstacle course.
You’ll find all the details on the activity page, including current entries, the full guidelines, and the cut-off date of January 26 at 9am. Like every LEGO Ideas activity, there’s no prize on offer for getting involved – instead, it’s simply a fun way for builders to get hands-on with their bricks, and assemble something around a specific theme.
If you are after a more tangible reward for your efforts, you’ll want to check out the sports contest that’s currently running over at LEGO Ideas. All you need to do is build something related to sports, and you could be in with a chance of winning a huge prize package – including the possibility of your entry being turned into an official LEGO set.
You’ve got until February 8 to submit your build for the sports contest. You can check out all the entries so far over on the competition page. Or if NINJAGO is more your thing, LEGO Ideas is also running a contest to celebrate the in-house action theme’s 10th anniversary, and the recent launch of 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens.
