Can you fit an aquarium inside LEGO 10276 Colosseum?

The age-old question of whether LEGO 10276 Colosseum is big enough for a functioning aquarium has finally been answered in a new YouTube video.

When 10276 Colosseum was revealed you must have been asking yourself if you could somehow transform the space within into a watery arena for your finned friends. Thankfully, an Italian YouTuber has found a way.

Michele Moltenidecided to tackle this challenge for himself and gathered the necessary supplies to transform the Roman LEGO landmark into an aquarium complete with fish.

As you might be able to imagine, most of the transformation is simply placing an inner aquarium into the domed interior of the build, but some piping is routed through the model’s miniature archways to ensure the water stays clean.

Making use of some artificial plants keeps the aquarium looking interesting without detracting from the historic elements of the model, and like theDeath Star, the aquarium fits almost too well in 10276 Colosseum.

LEGO 10276 Colosseum is available now and was recently officiallyrecognisedas the largest commercially available LEGO set by Guinness World Records. Unfortunately, an aquarium is not included in the model so you’ll have to source that part yourself.
