The Historic Dockyard, Chatham will host a LEGO exhibit that will lead guests through 13.8 billion years of history.
As The Historic Dockyard in Chatham celebrates its 400th birthday, Brick History will be coming to the venue. It is the only place in the world where visitors can explore a complete dockyard from the age of sail and beyond. The popular tourist destination celebrates Britain’s extensive maritime history.
From July 6, visitors will be able to see a LEGO exhibition that follows a timeline that starts all the way back with the big bang. Warren Elsmore’s displays will include explorations of arts, equality, conflict, exploration and transport throughout the years. Particularly relevant to the Historic Dockyard will be the Battle of Trafalgar display, showcasing the Chatham built HMS Victory. Loose bricks will be available for guests to get stuck into after being inspired by the exhibition.
Brick History will run at The Historic Dockyard from July 6 until September 16.
