December 2 – Venator-class Star Destroyer

Building on the techniques from last year’s Imperial Star Destroyer, is the Venator-class Star Destroyer.

Start this LEGO Star Wars build with the rear end of the Venator, the 4L bar and clip plates and the bridge section. The dark red 1×6 tile should sit at just the right angle. Build the wing sections with the grey 1×6 tiles holding them together. Set the angle of the bar and clips and then attach the wings.

Why not try scaling up the Venator a little – mixel joints and illegal connections provide a lot of flexibility with angling the hull plates.
