December 17 – LEGO City – Trencher

For those not familiar with this particular piece of equipment, I encourage you to look up photos. At a distance, it just looks like a giant chainsaw. This machine creates trenches for piping or electrical cables to be laid, and can vary in size – portable ones even exist for a single person to operate.

The Technic beams I used for the treads might be a bit tricky for some of you to find, but I bet you’ll find alternatives in your collections. Aside from those elements, these are all fairly common pieces.
