LEGO Marvel Black Friday discounts

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is now in its 10th year, and across recent waves has settled into a consistent mix of Avengers, Spider-Man and new Marvel Cinematic Universe sets. That’s with the exception of the most recent batch, which journeyed back through the MCU to visit (or in some cases, revisit) key moments from the Infinity Saga.

While it might be too soon to see generous discounts on those sets, such as 76193 The Guardians’ Ship, Black Friday’s more general deals – including the expected multiple gifts-with-purchase – will make the shopping weekend a great time to pick them up even at full price. Plus, there are plenty of LEGO Marvel sets that could still see their prices slashed…

LEGO Marvel Black Friday retiring sets

A total of 20 different Marvel LEGO sets are reportedly retiring by the end of 2021, including 76162 Black Widow’s Helicopter Chase, 76165 Iron Man Helmet and 76174 Spider-Man’s Monster Truck vs. Mysterio. Any of those could theoretically enjoy a price cut across Black Friday and Cyber Monday as the LEGO Group attempts to clear out remaining stock ahead of 2022.

LEGO Marvel Daily Bugle Black Friday deals

LEGO Marvel’s biggest and tallest set to date launched earlier this year in 76178 Daily Bugle, a towering and minifigure-heavy rendition of New York’s fictional newspaper offices. Almost the entire Spider-family has come out to play, along with never-before-seen characters like Daredevil, The Punisher and Blade.

It all adds up to a very promising package for LEGO Marvel fans – and even if it isn’t one that’s likely to see a huge discount so soon after release, it should easily qualify for any gifts-with-purchase the LEGO Group has up its sleeve for Black Friday.

LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Black Friday deals

If your LEGO Marvel budget won’t quite stretch to 76178 Daily Bugle, no matter: there are plenty of LEGO Spider-Man sets available at cheaper price points, including 76171 Miles Morales Mech Armor, 76172 Spider-Man and Sandman Showdown, 76173 Spider-Man and Ghost Rider vs. Carnage and 76174 Spider-Man’s Monster Truck vs. Mysterio.

All four of those sets launched earlier this year – and they’re all due to retire before 2022, which could make them prime material for the LEGO Group’s Black Friday promotions.

LEGO Marvel Avengers Black Friday deals

If you’re hoping to give your LEGO Marvel Avengers collection a quick boost this Black Friday, keep an eye on retiring sets like 76152 Avengers Wrath of Loki, 76153 Avengers Helicarrier and 76166 Avengers Tower Battle. All three of those will instantly grow your library of LEGO Marvel minifigures, and given they’re all on the way out, there’s a good chance they’ll be discounted, too.
