40290 60 Years of the LEGO brick official images

Official images have been released of a special commemorative set, 40290 60 Years of the LEGO brick.

2018 will mark 60 years of the classic LEGO brick, and to celebrate the occasion shop.LEGO.com will offer a free set with selected purchases. The free set is 40290 60 Years of the LEGO brick and will be available early in 2018.

In the USA, the set will be free for US LEGO Store customers spending $125 or more during the promotional period. The specific promotion details have not yet been announced for the rest of the world.

 

The set includes micro scale versions of four classic LEGO sets – 6399 Airport Shuttle, 375 Castle, 6285 Black Seas Barracuda and 928 Space Cruiser And Moonbase.

In addition to the attractive mini sets, the printed 60 Years of the LEGO brick tile will hold a lot of appeal for collectors.

40290 60 Years of the LEGO Brick will be available from shop.LEGO.com USA from January 2018.
